Please note that VIP Domains is not a legal entity but operates as a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Alexander Giterman. We do not take ownership or control of the domain names listed on our platform by others, and we are not involved in the actual sale or transfer of domain names other then those in our own portfolio.

2. User Accounts

In order to use certain features of the Site or Services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3. Listing and Sale of Domain Names

When listing and selling domain names on VIP Domains, you represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of the domain names or have the necessary authorization to list and sell them. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about the domain names, including their ownership, history, and any relevant trademarks or intellectual property rights associated with them. VIP Domains reserves the right to remove or suspend any listings that violate these Terms or infringe upon third-party rights.

4. Buyer and Seller Obligations

Buyers and sellers using the VIP Domains marketplace agree to act in good faith and to engage in fair and honest negotiations. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence on domain names before making a purchase. Sellers agree to transfer the domain names promptly and in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. VIP Domains is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising between buyers and sellers, but we encourage users to communicate and resolve conflicts amicably.

5. Fees and Payments

VIP Domains may charge fees for certain Services, such as listing fees, transaction fees, or escrow fees. These fees are clearly stated and communicated to users before they engage in any paid Services. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and any related taxes. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account or access to the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site, Services, and content provided by VIP Domains, including but not limited to logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, are the property of VIP Domains or its licensors. 9. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL VIP DOMAINS’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO VIP DOMAINS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania (USA) , without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
